2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mrlucky. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any credit balance refund.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. mrlucky will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you can demonstrate unauthorised access that was promptly reported.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. mrlucky reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension.
- Full name must match a valid government-issued identification document.
- An active email address accessible only by the account holder.
- A valid Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.
- The payment details used must be in the name of the account holder.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Mrlucky users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's systems or security.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the mrlucky platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local payment options listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is successfully verified. Processing times vary by method — TNG eWallet is typically instant, while bank transfers may take between 15 minutes and 1 hour. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
For withdrawals, users must complete account verification before their first request can be processed. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits will be communicated within the platform.
- Mrlucky reserves the right to decline or suspend withdrawal requests that appear suspicious.
- Deposit refunds will only be considered upon a written request with valid justification.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment account details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request.

In cases of closure due to a breach, any credit balance associated with the problematic activity may not be refunded.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mrlucky platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
